LOW PRESSURE FLARE



At flow rate flame will be close to tip and burn,for this tip designed with high temperature resistance material. Windshield equipped to prevent drawdown flame affected by wind which could burn tip body. Unique flame retainer placed to hold flame root at high exit velocity of gas stream. Dynamic seal placed prevent air ingress to flare header to ensure no flammable mixture in flare system.

In this type available many type of pilot ignition systems, flame front generator ignition, electronic ignition, or uses both ignition systems which one as main and other as back up. To ensure flame presence this type could be equipped by ultra violet or infra red.
